After much deliberation SoftWUD has finally uploaded version 1.0 of its Page Blocks plugin on to the WordPress Plugins Directory and it can now be downloaded.

The visibility settings of the widget blocks are not being saved.

The javascript code which set the hidden form fields does not work in Firefox 3

This plugin do not works in WP 2.7.1. Also he visibility settings of the widget blocks are not being saved.
And no “top left page block” is visible or other blocks.
What can I do to fix it.
